Despite his claims of ignorance, insider information has revealed the weaknesses in Pastor Oshoffa’s administration. He often issues instructions to individuals without considering the potential consequences, leading to further division among the various dioceses in the Church.
The crisis has now reached the CANADA DIOCESE, primarily due to the controversial appointment of VSE Rufus Adeoba as the Head of Canada Diocese. This appointment was made despite the fact that VSE Samuel Ogunboye, the rightful and substantive Head of Canada Diocese still occupied the position.
During Pastor EMF Oshoffa visit to Canada between August 22nd to August 26th, 2023, the Diocese was peaceful with no settlement of disputes nor does the Pastor held general meeting with the shepherds in Canada. Instead, the Pastor focused solely on anointing members who paid for the exercise .
The Pastor, however, held a secret meeting with three Regional Heads in a discreet hotel room, neglecting to inform VSE Ogunboye of the gathering. The purpose of the meeting was to select a new Head of Diocese (HOD), but unfortunately, it escalated into a physical altercation in the presence of the Pastor.
In 2021, the Pastor caused a significant upheaval within the USA Diocese when he unilaterally announced the appointment of a new HOD, disregarding the current Head of the Diocese.
Similarly, in 2023, the Pastor sparked a crisis within the UK Diocese by allegedly issuing new instructions after a meeting with the concerned Shepherds and Church workers.
Furthermore, the Pastor instigated turmoil within the Nigeria Diocese by unlawfully dissolving the registered Board of Trustees (BOT) without engaging in any form of consultation for a prolonged period of six years.
Regrettably, the Pastor has once again created a crisis within the Canada Diocese through the improper appointment of an individual, disregarding the principles of transparency, accountability, and equality.
It appears that the Pastor’s primary language is money, as he seems to prioritize attention based on the magnitude of financial contributions.
Tosho Oshoffa, Kayode Ajala, and Adeniyi are causing confusion and misdirection in order to deceive the Pastor, who has his own intentions of implementing a divide and rule policy within the Church. These three individuals are also involved in receiving illicit funds, which goes against the fundamental principles of the Church.
It has come to our attention that a letter was given to VSE Adeoba, dated back in September 2023, when the Pastor was still in America. This raises concerns about the state of administration, which is currently in disarray.
Furthermore, it is puzzling why the Pastor did not appoint a new Head of Diocese (HOD) during his visit to Canada for the anointment exercise. This lack of action raises questions about the Pastor’s decision-making process.
It is imperative that the Pastor discloses the details of the secret meeting that took place between himself, VSE Lawal, and VSE Adeoba. The transparency of this information is crucial for the Church and its members.
In order to move forward, it is necessary to reverse the illegal appointments of individuals who were rejected by the members in Canada in the presence of the Pastor. This step is essential for restoring trust and unity within the Church.
We urge the Pastor to address these concerns promptly and openly, as it is vital for the Church’s reputation and the well-being of its members because the ongoing leadership crisis has had a detrimental impact on the unity and progress of Celestial Church of Christ in Canada. It is imperative that immediate action be taken to address these issues and restore stability within the Canada Diocese.
