The award was presented during the juvenile harvest, and it was a well-deserved tribute to VSE Joseph Awosika. His active involvement in the Parish from the very beginning when his father brought the Church to Ondo State, while the decision took by his father as change the narrative of the city as a pillar of salvation which the Church as spread to various states in the country.
The Parish shepherd, V/S/E Ademola Orokunle eloquently acknowledged the profound impact of the recipient while presenting the award. He drew upon the biblical definition of a righteous son to describe VSE Joseph Awosika as a man who embodies the true essence of Christ.
Similarly, the Parochial Chairman S/V/M/S/E Akinwande reiterated that the awardee is a man who has upheld the legacy of his father, who was instrumental in establishing the Parish. He urged members to emulate the ideals exemplified by VSE Joseph Awosika in their daily lives.
