PROTEST AT CCC METRO PARISH USA.

A protest took place at CCC Metropolitan Archdiocese Parish in Washington DC, USA. The purpose of the protest was to demand the immediate removal of the newly transferred Shepherd who arrived at the Parish about a month ago.

Following the service held on December 10th 2023, several members of the Parish displayed banners expressing their dissatisfaction with the new shepherd and the role played by Superior Evangelist Pius Adebowale in turning the Parish against the collective interests of the Parishioners.

The group of Parishioners staged the protest as a result of the withdrawal of M/S/E Olarinde, who was seen as someone capable of engaging all aggrieved parties in negotiations. The new shepherd, A/V/S/E Ogun has not been widely accepted due to alleged involvement of Superior Evangelist Pius Adebowale.

The Parishioners have accused Superior Evangelist Pius Adebowale of attempting to seize control of the Parish by forcefully installing A/V/S/E Ogun. It is expected that the Pastor’s Office will intensify efforts to facilitate a well-coordinated discussion among all parties involved, in order to address this matter which has hindered the progress of the Parish. This crisis has had a significant impact on a Parish that has been in existence for 49 years.
