It is crucial for those working closely with the Pastor to recognize the significance of assessing individuals assigned to positions based on the requirements outlined in the Church organogram. This approach will ensures that sensitive positions are occupied by deserving individuals, rather than those who simply possess financial influence. By adopting this approach, our Church will witness a remarkable improvement in the way we manage our human resources.
Regrettably, in South Africa, we have witnessed instances where the backdoor system has been employed to undermine existing protocols. This not only falls short of our expectations but also publicly demonstrates a disregard for the fundamental principles that guide our Church. Such actions not only abuse the instructions of God but also highlight a lack of adherence to the Church’s doctrinal practices.
Despite the limited presence of genuine shepherds who prioritize transparency, accountability and openness over personal gain and status, there are still individuals who align themselves with power-seeking individuals who manipulate leadership to propagate lies, threaten lives and suppress opposing viewpoints.
One such incident that exemplifies this lack of respect occurred when snacks and drinks were placed on the altar table, alongside a candle holder. This act not only violated the basic ordinances of our Church but also served as a clear indication of the absence of doctrinal practice. It is imperative that we address such occurrences promptly and decisively, ensuring that our sacred spaces are treated with the reverence they deserve. In light of this concerning situation, we urgently request that VSE Balogun consider enrolling in the Church Seminary School to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the importance of respecting the altar. This will serve as a valuable reference for future endeavors.
Furthermore, it is advisable for the Pastor to reinstate the authorized leader who has tirelessly dedicated himself to the Church in South Africa. By restoring him to his rightful position as the substantive Head of Department (HOD), we can prevent any potential abuse and ensure the preservation of our Church’s primary objective.
