The Church authority lacks proper documentation of its anointed members, and anointed members do not receive certificates from the constituted authority as at when due. Instead, the focus seems to be on collecting of anointing fees rather than restructuring the system.
Recently, One of the factional Head of Canada Diocese, V/S/E Adeoba dress against the provisions of the Church law at the International Headquarters in Ketu. On the 24th of March 2024, which was Palm Sunday and a day when the Pastor of the Church is required to attend service at CCC International Headquarters Ketu, attention was drawn to the inappropriate dressing that the Church authority had failed to address.
In a similar vein, a Bible scholar who was once involved in the affair of the Church seminary school, Sup/Evang Adegoke was also observed wearing the same style of rank as V/S/E Adeoba at Ketu. It is concerning when senior clergy members, who should be correcting negative behavioral attitudes of those who disregard the instructions of the Pastor Founder are the main individuals contributing to the distortion of the Church’s fundamental principles.
It Is a well-known fact that the approved dress code for the rank of Superior Evangelist – White or purple laced cape cassock, long purple “long wing type” robe, yellow white stranded crossbar, purple and white Altar design, three crosses in front; three crosses on each end of the loin, yellow strands.
It is imperative for the Church authority to promptly address the emerging trend of dressing that is overshadowing the primary objectives established by God for the Church. While we must uphold the standards and regulations set forth by the Church to maintain the integrity of our spiritual practices.
