In a letter addressed to the Chairman ICC Sub-Committee on Sports, dated 16th December 2023, the ICC Executives say it cannot in all sincerity allow a Parish which blatantly rebelled against the Authority of Our Great Church and put the Corporate image of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide into disrepute by their unchristian like conduct.
The ICC Worldwide recalled that Land Of Goshen invited certain secular artistes to their musical Ankara Night against the directives of the Spiritual Head of the CCC Worldwide Rev. Mobiyina Oshoffa through the Chairman of the Taskforce Worldwide VSE Firmin Adjovi and his team which earlier visited the Parish to dissuade the Shepherd and the Harvest Committee, from taking that particular course of action which in it's overall evaluation was considered to be inconsistent with ethos, ethics and values of our dear Celestial Church of Christ.
The ICC Executives therefore say that they cannot allow such a recalcitrant parish participate in the competition as Mark of discipline, because their participation would be an endorsement of there unacceptable conduct.
