REV. LAGUN ADESANYA ACCUSES KETU FACTION OF FALSEHOOD.

A recent development in the Nigeria Diocese under the leadership of Rev. Pastor Orovboni which Rev. Laguna Adesanya belong to, has responded to a Press Statement from the Ketu Faction concerning the visit of Rev. Adesanya to Pastor EMF Oshoffa at his residence in Magodo, Lagos. Rev. Adesanya vehemently denies these claims and distances himself from the Press Statement released by Superior Evangelist Kayode Ajala, the spokesperson for the faction led by Rev. EMF Oshoffa.

In a text message, Rev. Adesanya clarifies his position stating, “This message does not reflect the truth. At my age, I do not engage in deceitful acts. I did not send anyone to Pastor Oshoffa; rather, I was informed that he wished to speak with me. It is disheartening that such falsehoods are spread every year to manipulate attendance. Our devotion should be to Christ, in spirit and truth not confined to physical locations like the mountain, Imeko or Osoroko. It should stem from a pure heart, not driven by the pursuit of material wealth. Let us reflect on what God intends for us to become. I pray that we all fulfill His purpose for our lives. It has been confirmed by Superior Evangelist Kayode Ajala that Rev Lagun Adesanya’s primary objective is to reconcile his faction back to Ketu. However, the visitor has distanced himself from this claim, asserting that Rev Pastor EMF Oshoffa was the one who requested his attention and the discussion solely revolved around the visitation mode.

Rev Lagun Adesanya further expounded on his vision of a united Celestial Church under one fold. He emphasized the significance of sincerity in the reconciliation process, discouraging any superficial actions aimed at garnering cheap publicity.
